The scheme is the residential section of a larger commercial / mixed-use scheme. Private/affordable residential and commercial space is set above a retail podium. The private residential is clad in a basket weave of aluminium panels with a colonnade element at the penthouses. All spaces revolve around a central courtyard with maze landscaping.
