The scheme is a combination of sales, keyworker and rental apartments. The density is very high and to increase amenity space the roofs of the buildings contain densely planted gardens. The central courtyard contains a zen water garden which acts as a backdrop to all the flats. The main evelations are formed from a continuous band of patinated copper.
