Glasshouse Walk is a new Halls of Residence for over 350 students for the London School of Economics.
The lower floors are to be occupied by the LSE Incubator facility which will provide spaces for training and education.
The building frontage looks onto the historic Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens and student amenity spaces are arranged to look out over the gardens. Amenity is also provided at roof top level.
The building is designed in an industrial aesthetic to reflect the typical of the historic fabric of the area. The lower floors are formed in red brick with precast concrete detailing whilst the upper storey setbacks are constructed in white brickwork.
