This project involved us in the production of construction drawings for the amenity areas in this student housing project in Hammersmith, London

The two floors of amenity included study spaces, lounge, cinema and gym spaces.  A steel spiral stair between the floors formed a focal point to the design.  Detailed coordination of M+E services and lighting was carried out to ensure the available height within the spaces was maximised.

The scheme was developed from an initial package from the project interior designer, Nicola Harding & Co.
