We were appointed to develop an existing planning scheme by Allies and Morrison for a large multi-use site in Canada Water, London.   Our work began with the process of adapting the planning scheme to suit a new end user and continued up to the project completion in 2022.

The development provides 774 student bedspaces with communal amenities, an affordable housing building, a new public street lined with retail, and extensive external spaces.  The buildings range from 4 to 10 storeys in height and are constructed in a palette of brick, precast concrete and aluminium panels.
