Block C is the final building on the Canada Street site. This plot was originally consented as an office use but we were asked to develop a new proposal for co-living within an extended building massing. This new scheme gained planning consent in 2024.
The proposed 14 storey building provides 135 co-living rooms along with high quality amenity spaces distributed across the floors. The new building is located on the prominent corner of Printworks Street and Mulberry Walk and has an important role in the townscape. A new public use on the lower floors is contained with a red grid elevation that refers back to historic dockland structures in the surrounding area.
The project is currently on site and is due to complete later this year.
