This project is a new student halls of residence located in South Wimbledon, London.

In 2023 we gained planning consent for a scheme providing 278 student bedrooms along with associated amenity and support spaces, retail spaces and an external courtyard garden.

The project is formed as a series of interlinked ‘townhouses’ which reflect the urban grain of the surrounding context.   In keeping with the local context the buildings are constructed using red / beige brickwork, white windows and precast stone sills.  Off site fabrication of the external wall has allowed the brickwork detailing to be factory finished to a high standard.

The project is currently on site and is due to complete later this year.
